World-renowned dancers and choreographers Fernanda Ghi and Silvio Grand both started their Tango careers almost 25 years ago. Their artistry developed independently until they were brought together by their love of Tango, the magic of Buenos Aires milongas, and the unique thrill of authentic Tango theatre productions.
Fernanda’s own dance companies have toured the U.S., Japan, and China. Silvio’s art stems from a background in theatre and television and has shone in celebrated theatres such as the Kremlin Palace Theatre, St. Petersburg Musical Komedy Theatre, and Luna Park in Buenos Aires.
Silvio Grand starred in the musical Dreams about Tango in the State Komedy Theatre of St. Petersburg and in the musical Piazzolla Passion of Tango in the Kremlin Palace Theatre. Silvio was also the director of the dance committee that represented Argentina at the 200 years of independence festival. He performed with many orchestras such as Color Tango, Beba Publiese, Orquesta Silencio, Camara Da Vinci, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, among others.
