Blue Skye Pipes & Drums is a primarily female pipe band and Celtic performance band from Sarasota, performing both traditional and contemporary Scottish and Irish music on bagpipes, drums, fiddle, and guitar, along with a rich variety of vocals. Their stage show has been enthusiastically received at festivals and events including the Florida Keys Celtic Music Festival, Sarasota Celtic Music Festival, Sarasota Highland Games, Caloosahatchee Celtic Music Festival, FamJam Celtic Music Festival, Tampa Bay Area Renaissance Festival, Sarasota Medieval Fair, Brooksville Blueberry Festival, Duffy’s Seafood Festival, Fisherman’s Wharf International Festival, and the St. Pete International Folk Festival.
