Each Toolkit Includes:

  • 8–10 well-known songs thoughtfully selected for senior voices and centered around a unique theme (e.g., “Celebrate America”, “The Golden Age of Broadway”)
  • Musical arrangements in senior-friendly keys, written in unison and up to four-part harmony to accommodate a variety of group types and skill levels
  • 25 singer books of all licensed, customized sheet music and lyric sheets
  • Two copies of the music leader/keyboard binder, fully annotated for ease of use
  • Eight detailed weekly lesson plans outlining vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, physical movement, and musical goals
  • A companion warm-up book that explains all exercises in plain, practical terms
  • Practice/playback tracks for both singers and rehearsal leaders
  • A performance script to help stage the final event

In addition, since this program is designed for maximum success by having a leader facilitate it, Key Chorale offers online training modules for program leaders and expert consultation support.

Are We There Yet?! Songs of the Open Road
Take a trip on Route 66 as we sing our way across the United States. From New York, New York, to Chicago and from the Pennsylvania Polka to California Dreamin,’ this road trip is sure to be a memorable one that will have you singing “country roads, take me home” all the way back home.

When the Saints Go Marching In: A Celebration of New Orleans
A musical jambalaya celebrating all things N’Orleans from the famous tunes of Louis Armstrong to Gershwin’s iconic Summertime, you’ll enjoy singing these songs honoring ‘The Big Easy’ while clapping and tapping your toes to Won’t You Come Home Bill Bailey, Joplin’s The Entertainer and When the Saints Go Marching In.

On the Trail: Songs of the Cowboys and the American West
Come along as we celebrate the great American West and the songs that made it famous. Includes Take Me Home, Country Roads, Back in the Saddle Again, Sixteen Tons, King of the Road, Deep in the Heart of Texas, and more of your favorites from the dusty trail.

Ol’ Blue Eyes: Songs of Frank Sinatra
He wasn’t just a singer. He was a presence. A Swagger. A storyteller in a perfectly tailored suit. From Hoboken to Hollywood, Sinatra and his music defined what it means to be timeless. Enjoy singing classics like Fly Me to the Moon, My Funny Valentine, High Hopes, Luck Be a Lady, and the Theme from New York, New York and more.

Here Comes the Sun
If you have a sunny disposition, then you’ll love this collection of songs about blue skies, rainbows, light, and plenty of sunshine. Featuring I Got The Sun in the Morning, Over the Rainbow, Sunshine on My Shoulders, Sunrise, Sunset, This Little Light of Mine and the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine.

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year
Celebrate the holiday season with timeless classics and nostalgic carols. Sing favorites including White Christmas, Christmas Time is Here from the Peanuts, Hanukkah Medley, and get yourself in the spirit of the season with Andy Williams’ popular It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.

The Times They Are A-Changin’: Songs of Protest, Peace and Love
Celebrates music from the folk era of the 50s and 60s. You’ll learn 11 familiar songs including If I Had a Hammer, Blowin’ in the Wind, Down by the Riverside, The Sound of Silence, We Shall Overcome and more.
