Season 39 will truly be One of a Kind, including a U.S. premiere, a 3-day Bach Festival, a tango-inspired concert, and dynamic collaborations with The Sarasota Ballet, The Circus Arts Conservatory, The Venice Symphony, and Artist Series Concerts. This 39th season promises to be our best yet.

We invite you to be part of this exciting season by helping us kick off our 2023 Spring Campaign. While we are fortunate to have supporters who help us achieve this excellence by underwriting various performances each season, we understand that not everyone has the capacity to sponsor an entire performance alone. But, by collectively pooling resources, this allows you to join forces with others and achieve the same goal helping to underwrite our One of a Kind concert experiences.
Our 2023 Spring Campaign begins with your contribution and ends on June 30. Our goal is to raise a collective $35,000. To further help us achieve this goal, we thank a wonderful donor who will match any gift you make of $250 or greater with a 1:1 match. We have two ambitious programs we have targeted for this campaign.
The first is “Bachtoberfest,” a 3-day event on October 13, 14 and 15 on the grounds of the lovely Church of the Redeemer in downtown Sarasota. It will consist of concerts, an organ recital, German food and festivities, chamber music and much more. It will also include a world-class roster of artists including soprano Mary Wilson, one of our favorite performers.
The second is called “Triumph of Love” on February 10th. This performance will include the U.S. premiere of The Legend of Bijan and Manijeh by Iranian composer Farhad Poupel and will feature internationally known concert pianist Jeffrey Biegel. Composer Poupel will also be in attendance. This evocative work is based on an ancient Persian love story taken from the Shahnameh (The Book of Kings).
If you choose to join in this cohort of collective sponsors for either event, you will be afforded the benefits of a Co-Presenting Sponsor – your name will appear in the program, and you will be listed on our website as we do with all Presenting Sponsors. Gifts can be made in a variety of ways, including stock transfers, IRA distributions, cash, checks and/or credit cards.
